Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We value your business and request that you respect our scheduling policies. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations/rescheduling of services under an hour, and 48 hours for services lasting an hour or more. Failure to provide notice within these timeframes will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost. This policy ensures we can manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our clients.

No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for any salon services. We stand confidently behind the expertise of our stylists and the excellence of our work.

Service Adjustments: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received, we are happy to offer adjustments as needed. We kindly request that you contact us within 7 days of your original service to schedule a complimentary adjustment.
